To enjoy a good health being emotionally balanced is as important as eating well. Many people follow strict diets, gain or lose weight, and after sometime go back to the starting point because they have not gone to the root of the imbalance.
I dislike strict diets or imposed restrictions because I think they are too rational and often do not involve the body or the soul. I prefer to help people to wake up their body and emotions, working with them and balancing them according to the needs of each. Intuitively and gradually the body will be removing mental and emotional burdens and limitations, and start to crave for cleaner and healthier food. It is exciting to see how people are changing their habits because their body requests it, not because someone has imposed it.
To get to the root of the imbalance, we will work together the wheel of life, see what aspects need more attention and which are already harmonised and we will incorporate new habits. We will work to achieve the long term and short term objectives of each person. We will identify obstacles. Everyone will be doing that at their own pace.
Gradually, the body will reject what is not good for it, the body will be restored to its instinctive state. Gradually, the body will be waking up mind and soul. Gradually, everyone will feel better in their skin.
